Installation Procedure
Front Brake Hose (3) - Install
- Front Brake Hose Retainer (2) - Install
- Remove the cap from the brake pipe fitting.
- Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Remove the plug from the front brake caliper inlet.
- Front Brake Hose Fitting Gasket (2) - Install NEW [2x]
- Front Brake Hose (3) @ Front Brake Caliper - Install
- Front Brake Hose Fitting (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
- Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
- Inspect for fluid leaks.
