Installation Procedure

  1. Install the wiring harness retainer and zip ties to the hinge cover.
  2. Pickup Box Endgate Center Closure Side Hinge- Right Side (2) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate Hinge Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate - Upper (2) - Install

  5. Pickup Box Endgate Hinge Bolt - Upper (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications 
  6. Install the retainers and wiring harness.
  7. Connect the electrical connectors.

    Install the access hole covers.

  9. Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate Step (2) - Install
  10. Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate Hinge Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [10x] - Fastener Specifications 
  11. Close the pickup box auxiliary endgate step (2).

    Pickup Box Endgate Access Hole Cover Panel (2) - Install

  13. Pickup Box Endgate Access Hole Cover Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [12x] - Fastener Specifications 
  14. Close the endgate.
