Installation Procedure

    Pickup Box Endgate Center Closure Side Hinge- Left Side (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate Hinge Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate - Upper (2) - Install

  4. Pickup Box Endgate Hinge Bolt - Upper (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications 
  5. Install the retainers and wiring harness.
  6. Connect the electrical connectors.

    Install the access hole covers.

  8. Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate Step (2) - Install
  9. Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate Hinge Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [10x] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Ensure the clip is fully seated when the damper is reinstalled. If the clip cannot be fully seated, a new damper should be installed.

    Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate Dampener (1) - Install

    Pickup Box Endgate Access Hole Cover Panel (2) - Install

  12. Pickup Box Endgate Access Hole Cover Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [12x] - Fastener Specifications 
  13. Close the pickup box auxiliary endgate step.
