Installation Procedure

  1. GM5807913

    Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications

    Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel (2) - Install

  4. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications 
  5. GM5796821

    Connect the electrical connectors.

  6. Instrument Panel Knee Bolster (1) - Install
  7. GM5796820

    Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 

  8. Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover (1) - Install

    Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover- Left Side (1) - Install

    Instrument Panel Compartment (1) - Install

  11. GM5807064

    Open the instrument panel compartment door.

  12. Instrument Panel Compartment Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Instrument Panel Compartment Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications

    Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover- Right Side (1) - Install

    Front Floor Console (1) - Install

  16. Connect the electrical connectors to the front floor console (1).

    Front Floor Console Retainer Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications 

  18. Front Floor Console Bolt Access Hole Cover (1) - Install

    Front Floor Console Lower Applique (1) - Install

    Front Floor Console Extension Panel (1) - Install

  21. GM5776104

    Front Floor Console Retainer Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications 

  22. Front Floor Console Bolt Access Hole Cover (1) - Install

    Rear Floor Mat (1) - Install

  24. GM6029241

    Tire Air Compressor (2) - Install

  25. Tire Repair Sealer and Tire Air Compressor Retainer (1) - Install and hand tighten

    Front Floor Console Lower Applique (1) - Install

  27. GM5776101

    Front Floor Console Extension Panel (1) - Install

  28. GM5776100

    Front Floor Console Extension Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 

  29. Front Floor Console Extension Panel Bolt Access Hole Cover (1) - Install
  30. GM5776099

    Install the left and right front floor mat (1).

  31. Return the seat to its original position.
