Front Bumper Shutter Replacement (With Bison)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Front Grille Replacement (Bison)
  2. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bracket Replacement (Bison) 
  3. Remove the front bumper shutter lower and upper baffle. Front Bumper Shutter Baffle Replacement (Lower With Bison) , or Front Bumper Shutter Baffle Replacement (Upper With Bison) 
1 Front Bumper Shutter Bolt [9x]
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
6 N.m (53 lb in)
2 Front Bumper Shutter

Procedure

  1. Lift the two tabs at the top of the front bumper shutter.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  3. Transfer components as necessary.
