Preliminary Procedures
- Windshield Wiper Transmission Replacement
- Plenum Upper Panel Water Deflector Replacement
- Reposition the radiator surge tank. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
- Unclip the A/C pipe retainers from the plenum front panel.

Plenum Front Panel Procedure
- Remove the electrical harness grommet from the panel.
- Using an appropriate tool, separate the adhesive bond between the plenum front panel and the body.
- Clean any remaining adhesive with a 50/50 mixture by volume of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water. Wipe surface dry with a clean lint-free towel.
- Apply an MS polymer body seam sealer to seal the plenum when installing.
