Installation Procedure
- With the aid of an assistant, position the instrument panel tie bar assembly into the vehicle.
- Install the instrument panel wiring harness assembly to the position noted in the removal procedure.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Windshield Wiper Transmission (2) - Install - Windshield Wiper Transmission Replacement
Brake Pedal Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
Brake Pedal Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten15 N.m (11 lb ft) [2x]
Human Machine Interface Control Module Bracket (2) - Install - Human Machine Interface Control Module Bracket Replacement
Instrument Panel Tie Bar Brace (2) - Install - Instrument Panel Tie Bar Brace Replacement
Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (1) - Install - Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side
Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Duct (1) - Install - Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Duct Replacement (Left) , or Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Duct Replacement (Right)
Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Duct (1) - Install - Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Duct Replacement (Left) , or Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Duct Replacement (Right)
