Installation Procedure

  1. Position the range selector actuator (2) to the transmission.
    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  2. Install the three range selector actuator retaining fasteners (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
  3. Connect the range selector actuator lever link.
  4. Connect the electrical connector.
  5. Connect the three starter cable retainers to the range selector actuator.

  7. Install the heater inlet and outlet pipe bracket nut and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).

  8. Install the brake master cylinder (1). Brake Master Cylinder Replacement

  10. Install the secondary brake pressure modulator valve pipe. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement (Primary)Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement (Secondary)
  11. Adjust the range selector lever link. Range Selector Lever Link Adjustment 
  12. Install the charge air cooler outlet air tube. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement
  13. After installation is complete, perform the transmission adaptive values learn procedure. Transmission Adaptive Values Learn
