Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Front Fender And Headlamp Bolt

  1. Install Front Fender (3).
  2. Install Headlamp Bolt (2) - Headlamp Replacement (Chevrolet)
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install Front Fender Bolt (1) and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  4. Install Headlamp Bolt (1) - Headlamp Replacement (Chevrolet)
  5. Install Front Fender Bolt (2) and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  6. Install Front Fender Nut (1) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  7. Install Front Fender Bolt (2) and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  8. Install Front Fender Bolt (1) and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  9. Install Front Fender Bolt (2) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
