Removal Procedure

- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Base)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (V-Series)
- Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Non V-Series)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (V-Series October 4th 2015 and Earlier)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (V-Series October 5th 2015 and Later) - Remove
- Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (AWD)Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (RWD) - Remove
- Brake Pipe Fitting - Disconnect
- Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Brake Hose Retainer - Remove
- Wheel Speed Sensor Harness Clip @ Brake Hose - Release
- Bolt - Remove
- Brake Hose Fitting Bolt - Remove
- Brake Hose Fitting Gasket @ Front Brake Hose - Remove and DISCARD
- Front Brake Hose - Remove
NOTE:
Do not reuse the brake hose fitting gaskets.
