Installation Procedure

- Install the brake pressure modulator valve secondary brake pipe.
- Connect the brake pressure modulator valve secondary brake pipe fitting (1) at the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 32 (24 lb ft).
- Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clip (1).
- Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clips (1) on the cowl.
- Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clips (1).

- Power Vacuum Brake Booster - Install — Power Vacuum Brake Booster Replacement
- Connect the heater outlet pipe to the heater core. Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LFX)Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV)Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG with KL9)Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG without KL9)Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LGX)Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Connect the heater inlet pipe to the heater core. Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LCV, LTG)Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX)Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4)

- Install the plenum front panel. Plenum Front Panel Replacement
- Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) .
