Preliminary Procedures Recover the air conditioning system refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging . Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LTG)Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LCV) .
1	Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Nut Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
3	Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Support Rail Bracket Nut Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
4	Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Support Bracket Nut Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
5	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Tube Nut Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
6	Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Procedure Remove and discard the old sealing washers and replace with NEW sealing washers. Refer to Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement .
