Removal Procedure

- Recover the air conditioning system refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
- AIR CLEANER OUTLET DUCT REPLACEMENT (LGX) - Remove
- AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (LGX) - Remove
- Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LTG, LGX) - Remove
- Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement (Lower) - Remove
- Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement - Remove
- Place a drain pan under the transmission fluid cooler pipe and the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe.
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Remove Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With RWD, With V03)
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With RWD, With V03)
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Base)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (V-Series)
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose @Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX)
- Condenser Outlet Tube Replacement (LGX) - Remove
- Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LGX) - Remove
- Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LGX) - Remove
- Air Conditioning Condenser Brace Bolt - Remove
- Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove
NOTE:
Cap the fittings and plug the holes when removing the transmission fluid cooler pipe and the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe.
