Preliminary Procedures Recover the air conditioning system refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging Remove the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX) Remove the left front wheelhouse liner. Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Non V-Series)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (V-Series) Remove the front compartment air deflector. Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (V Series)
1	Air Conditioning Condenser and Condenser Hose Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Air Conditioning Condenser Outlet Tube Bolt Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
3	Air Conditioning Condenser Outlet Tube Nut Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
4	Air Conditioning Condenser Outlet Tube Washer (Qty: 2) Procedure Remove and discard the old sealing washers and replace with NEW sealing washers. Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
