Installation Procedure

  1. Install the front wheelhouse liner (3) into position on the vehicle.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the plastic retainers (1) and screws (2) to the front wheelhouse liner. Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (2 lb ft).

  3. Install the front extension fasteners (1) and tighten to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
  4. Install the front wheelhouse liner screws (2) and tighten to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
  5. Install the front wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (AWD) Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (RWD) .
  6. Install the front tire air deflector. Refer to Front Tire Front Air Deflector Replacement .
  7. Install the front tire. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Non V-Series) .
  8. Lower the vehicle.
