Installation Procedure

  1. Assemble the oil pan as necessary. Oil Pan Assemble
  2. Install Oil Pan - Oil Pan Installation

  3. Install Transmission Bolt (1) - Transmission Replacement (Front Wheel Drive)

  4. Install Transmission Bolt (2) - Transmission Replacement (Front Wheel Drive)

  5. Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch (1) »Connect the electrical connector.
  6. Engine Oil Cooler- Engine Oil Cooler Replacement (LGX)
  7. Install Exhaust Front Pipe - Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (Bank 1, LGX)Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (Bank 2, LGX)
  8. Install Transfer Case Bracket - Transfer Case Bracket Replacement (With LGX Engine)
  9. Fill the engine oil to the proper level with NEW engine oil. Approximate Fluid Capacities , and Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
  10. Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
