Removal Procedure

- Remove Front Bumper Fascia - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
- Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
- Remove Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
- Disconnect Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe (2) @Radiator (1) - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Raise and support the vehicle. - Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Disconnect Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe (1) @Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler (2)- Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Remove the transmission fluid cooler pipe from the vehicle.
NOTE:
Cover or plug all open transmission fluid cooler pipe connection points to help avoid any accidental contamination.
