Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Install Air Distributor Case (2) @ Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper Case (3)
  2. Install and tighten Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper Case Bolt (1) to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

  3. Install Air Inlet Housing (1). Refer to Air Inlet Housing Replacement

  4. Install Air Conditioning Evaporator (1) @ Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper Case (2)

  5. Install Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case (1)

  6. Install and tighten Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case Bolts (1) (Qty: 12) to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
  7. Install Retainer Clips (2) (Qty: 2)

  8. Install and tighten Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case Bolts (1) (Qty: 6) to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

  9. Install and tighten Heater Core Bracket Bolts (1) (Qty: 2) to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

  13. Install Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module (1). Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation (C59) Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation (Without C59)
