Installation Procedure

With the aid of an assistant, carefully position the exhaust muffler assembly to the vehicle.
Support the exhaust muffler with a suitable jack.

NOTE:

Install a NEW gasket.

Install Exhaust Gasket (3)
Connect Exhaust Muffler Assembly (2) @Exhaust Front Pipe

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install Exhaust Front Pipe (1) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

NOTE:

Clean and lubricate the exhaust isolators for ease of installation.

Connect Exhaust Muffler Isolator (1)

Install Exhaust Intermediate Hanger Bolt (1) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Start the engine and check for exhaust leaks.
