Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
  2. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

  3. Disengage Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1). Refer to Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  4. Remove Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator Outlet Hose Tee

  5. Disengage Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1). Refer to Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  6. Remove Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Water Pump Inlet Pipe
  7. Remove Radiator Outlet Hose (2)
