Installation Procedure

  1. Install Engine Coolant Fan (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LCV LGX)

  2. Install Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator (1)

  3. Install Radiator Upper Bracket (2). Refer to Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (Right Side)

  4. Install Radiator Upper Bracket (2). Refer to Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (Left Side)

  5. Install Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe (3). Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (LCV)

  6. Install Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe (3). Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (LCV)

  7. Install Air Conditioning Condenser (1). Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (Without V08)

  8. Install Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle (1). Refer to Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Replacement

  9. Install Radiator Air Lower Baffle (1). Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement (LGX without V08) 
  10. Connect Wiring Harness @ Engine Coolant Fan

  11. Connect Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Coolant Fan

  12. Install Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGX without V08)

  13. Install Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX From Radiator Surge Tank to Radiator and Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe)

  14. Install Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGX without V08)

  15. Install Front Bumper Fascia Center Support - Upper (4). Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement - Upper

  16. Install Front Bumper Fascia Center Support (2). Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement

  17. Install Intake Air Splash Shield (3). Refer to Intake Air Splash Shield Replacement
  18. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
  19. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
  20. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
