Installation Procedure

  1. Install Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator (1)
    2. Fig 2: Radiator Upper Bracket (Right Side)

  2. Install Radiator Upper Bracket (2). Refer to Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (Right Side)

  3. Install Radiator Upper Bracket (2). Refer to Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (Left Side)

  4. Install Air Conditioning Condenser (1). Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (With V08)

  5. Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Thermal Bypass Valve (3). Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Thermal Bypass Valve Replacement (V08)

  6. Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LGX with V08)

  7. Install Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler (2). Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement (with V08)

  8. Install Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle (1). Refer to Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Replacement

  9. If equipped, Install Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1). Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LGX)

  10. Install Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle (1). Refer to Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle Replacement (LGX) 
  11. Connect Wiring Harness @ Engine Coolant Fan

  12. Connect Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Coolant Fan

  13. Install Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX)

  14. Install Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX From Radiator Surge Tank to Radiator and Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe)

  15. Install Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGX Radiator Outlet Hose Tee to Radiator)

  16. Install Intake Air Splash Shield (3). Refer to Intake Air Splash Shield Replacement
  17. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
  18. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
  19. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
