Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
    2. Fig 1: Intake Air Splash Shield And Fasteners

  2. Remove Intake Air Splash Shield (3). Refer to Intake Air Splash Shield Replacement

  3. Remove Front Bumper Fascia Center Support (2). Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement

  4. Remove Front Bumper Fascia Center Support - Upper (4). Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement - Upper
  5. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)

  6. Remove Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV)

  7. Remove Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LCV From Radiator Surge Tank to Radiator and Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe)

  8. Remove Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV)

  9. Disconnect Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Coolant Fan
  10. Disconnect Wiring Harness @ Engine Coolant Fan

  11. Remove Radiator Air Lower Baffle (1). Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement (LCV)

  14. Remove Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe (3). Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (LCV)

  15. Remove Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe (3). Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (LCV)
