Install Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir - Master Cylinder Reservoir Replacement

NOTE:

Install NEW nuts. Do NOT reuse old nuts.

CAUTION:

Fastener Caution

Install Brake Master Cylinder Nut (1) and tighten 49 N.m (36 lb ft)

Install Brake Master Cylinder Assembly Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Master Cylinder Reservoir Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)

Install Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Master Cylinder Reservoir Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
Connect Brake Fluid Level Indicator Switch Electrical Connector
Reposition and install the radiator surge tank. - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX with V08)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LCV)
Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
