Installation Procedure

- Install Accelerator Pedal with Position Sensor Assembly (1) - Accelerator Pedal with Position Sensor Assembly Replacement
- Install NEW Brake Pedal Retainer (1)
- Install Brake Pedal Assembly
- Position the brake and accelerator pedal assembly and secure the wire harness retainer.
- Install Brake Pedal Bracket Bolt (1) and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Install Brake Pedal Bracket Bolt (1) and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Install Brake Pedal Retainer (1)
- Secure Brake Pedal (2)
- Connect Accelerator Pedal with Position Sensor Assembly Electrical Connector
- Install Brake Pedal Position Sensor - Brake Pedal Position Sensor Replacement
- Install Front Floor Console Extension Panel - Left - Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Left Side
- Install Instrument Panel Lower Airbag - Driver Side - Instrument Panel Lower Airbag Replacement - Driver Side
- Install Power Brake Booster Bolt (2) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Reposition and install the radiator surge tank. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX with V08)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LCV)
NOTE:
Align the power brake booster pushrod with the brake pedal retainer.
