Installation Procedure

  1. Install Wheel Speed Sensor (1)

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Install and tighten Wheel Speed Sensor Bolt (1) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  3. Secure Retainer (1) @ Strut Assembly

  4. Secure Retainer (1) @ Strut Assembly
  5. Secure Retainer (1) @ Wheelhouse

  6. Secure Wheel Speed Sensor Harness Pass Through Grommet (1)
  7. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  8. Lower the vehicle.

  9. Secure Retainer (1) @ Strut Tower

  10. Connect Wheel Speed Sensor Electrical Connector (1)
  11. Reposition and install the radiator surge tank. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX with V08)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LCV)
  12. Verify the repair is complete. Refer to Diagnostic Repair Verification
