Installation Procedure

  1. Install both rear seat supports (4) in the vehicle to set the cross-car width.
  2. Install Rear Seat Cushion Bracket (3)
  3. Install Rear Seat Cushion Bracket Washers (2)
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Install and tighten Rear Seat Cushion Bracket Fasteners (1) (Qty: 2) to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

  5. Install Rear Seat Frame Stanchion (2)
  6. Install and tighten Rear Seat Frame Nuts (1) (Qty: 4) to 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

  7. Install Rear Seat Back Panel (3)
  8. Install and tighten Rear Seat Frame Nuts (1) (Qty: 4) to 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
  9. Install and tighten Rear Seat Back Panel Bolt (2) to 75 N.m (55 lb ft)

  10. Install Rear Seat Cushion Frame (3)
  11. Install and tighten Rear Seat Cushion Frame Bolt-Front (2) (Qty: 2) to 32.5 N.m (24 lb ft)
  12. Install and tighten Rear Seat Cushion Frame Bolt-Upper (1) (Qty: 2) to 32.5 N.m (24 lb ft)

  13. Install Rear Seat Inner Recliner Cable (1). Refer to Rear Seat Inner Recliner Cable Replacement (Upper) Rear Seat Inner Recliner Cable Replacement (Lower)

  14. Install Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad (2). Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (40%)
