Installation Procedure

  1. Install Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Assembly
    2. Fig 1: Engine Mount Vacuum Hose

  2. Connect Vacuum Hose (1) @ Engine Mount

  3. Connect Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Quick Connect (1) @ Vacuum Pipe
  4. Install Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace - Left Side. Refer to Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Left Side

    NOTE:

    A small amount of denatured alcohol may be used to ease assembly.

  5. Install Power Brake Booster Vacuum Sensor (1)
  6. Connect the power brake booster vacuum sensor electrical connector.
