Installation Procedure

- Install Power Brake Booster Pump Insulators (1) (Qty: 2)
- Install Power Brake Booster Pump Spacers (1) (Qty: 2)
- Install Power Brake Booster Pump Bracket (1)
- Install Power Brake Booster Pump Bolts (1) (Qty: 2)
- Install Power Brake Booster Pump Nuts (2) (Qty: 2)
- Tighten Power Brake Booster Pump Bolts to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Install Power Brake Booster Pump
- Install Power Brake Booster Pump M12 Bolt (1)
- Install Power Brake Booster Pump M6 Bolt (1)
- Tighten Power Brake Booster Pump M6 Bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Tighten Power Brake Booster Pump M12 Bolt to 70 N.m (52 lb ft)
- Connect Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Quick Connect (1) @ Vacuum Pump
- Connect Vacuum Hose (2) @ Engine Mount
- Connect the power brake booster pump electrical connector.
- Install Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct (LF4). Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement (LF4)
- Install Intake Manifold Cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LF4)Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LGX)
CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
NOTE:
Do not tighten the bolt until instructed.
