Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front side door trim. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Replacement (Coupe) .
  2. Remove the front side door water deflector.
  3. Remove the front side door window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement (Coupe) .
  4. Position the front side door window regulator rear rail to access and remove the door latch and handle bracket assembly. Refer to Front Side Door Window Regulator Replacement (Coupe) .
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the front side door outside handle bracket.
  6. Remove the front side door outside handle bracket screw. Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Bracket Replacement (Coupe) .
  7. Disconnect the electrical connector from the front side door latch.

  8. Remove the four bolts (1) from the front side door latch.

  9. Remove the outside handle bracket (1) and the front side door latch (2) as an assembly from the vehicle.
