Windshield Washer Pump Replacement (Sedan)

Preliminary Procedure Remove the windshield washer solvent container. Refer to Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement (Sedan with CE1) Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement (Sedan with CE4) .
1	Windshield Washer Pump Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector from the windshield washer pump. Using two flat-bladed tools, place the blades under the windshield washer pump seal on each side of washer pump. Twist the two flat-bladed tools in opposite directions to lift and disengage the windshield washer pump from the windshield washer solvent container. Install a new windshield washer pump seal upon replacement of the windshield washer pump.

Windshield Washer Pump

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector from the windshield washer pump.
Using two flat-bladed tools, place the blades under the windshield washer pump seal on each side of washer pump.
Twist the two flat-bladed tools in opposite directions to lift and disengage the windshield washer pump from the windshield washer solvent container.
Install a new windshield washer pump seal upon replacement of the windshield washer pump.
