Circuit/System Verification

  1. Engine running and vehicle stationary.
  2. Verify the scan tool Rear Differential Clutch Status parameter is not Temporarily Limited.
    • If Temporarily Limited 
    1. Verify that DTC C0393, C0407, or C0411 is not set.
      • If none of the DTCs are set
    2. Verify there are no internal/external leaks or mechanical damage and that all differential fluid levels are at the proper levels. Refer to Rear Axle Lubricant Level Inspection , and Differential Clutch Oil Inspection (226mm eLSD) .
      • If internal/external leaks or mechanical damage is found, repair as necessary.
      • If no internal/external leaks or mechanical damage is found.
    3. Clear DTCs and road test the vehicle.
    4. Verify that DTC C0414 is not set.
      • If the DTC is set, replace the rear differential assembly.
      • If the DTC is not set
    5. All OK.
    • If not Temporarily Limited 
  3. All OK.
