Installation Procedure

- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe(Rear Differential Outlet Hose) (1)
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Retainer (1) @Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe(Rear Differential Outlet Hose) Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe(Mid Side Right) (2) @Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe(Rear Differential Outlet Hose)
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Retainer (1) @Rear Axle Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe(Rear Differential Outlet Hose) (2) @Rear Axle
- Install the rear differential hoses in the transmission fluid cooler pipe bracket and tighten the bolt (2) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Attach the transmission fluid cooler pipe tie strap (1) to the rear differential outlet hose.
- (M5U) Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
- (MG9) Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Level Inspection (MG9)
- Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
NOTE:
Cover or plug all open transmission fluid cooler pipe connection points to help avoid any accidental contamination.
