Installation Procedure

- Position the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler outlet pipe (1) on the vehicle.
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Retainer (1) @Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Install Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe (2) @Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler
- Clip the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler outlet pipe in the plastic transmission fluid cooler pipe clip (3).
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Retainer (1) @Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Install Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe (2) @Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe.
- Install Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector.Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LGX)
- Install Engine Compartment Lower Noise Shield.Engine Compartment Lower Noise Shield Replacement (All Wheel Drive)
- Install Radiator Upper Bracket.Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LTG, LGX)
- Install Air Cleaner Assembly.Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX)
- Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
- Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
