Installation Procedure

NOTE:

Replace the O-ring around the level sensor.

Install the engine oil level sensor (1).

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the engine oil level sensor fastener (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Install the engine oil level sensor C-clip (1).
Connect the oil level sensor electrical connector.
Install the lower oil pan. Refer to Lower Oil Pan Replacement (RWD) Lower Oil Pan Replacement (AWD)
