Installation Procedure

- Push to lock Heater Outlet Hose Retainer (2)
- Install Heater Outlet Hose (1)
- Install Heater Outlet Hose (1)
- Engage Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (2)
Use the BO-38185 Hose Clamp Pliers.
- Install Radiator Surge Tank (6). Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LF4, LGX)
- Install Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace - Right Side (4). Refer to Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Right Side
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
