Installation Procedure

Install Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose (2)
Engage Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (1)
Use the BO-38185 Hose Clamp Pliers.

Install Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose (1)
Engage Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (2)
Use the BO-38185 Hose Clamp Pliers.

Install Radiator Surge Tank (6). Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LF4, LGX)

Install Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace - Right Side (4). Refer to Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Right Side
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
