Air Inlet Housing Replacement

Call out	Component Name
Preliminary Procedures Remove the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module assembly. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation . Disconnect the electrical connectors as necessary. Remove the heater core tube bracket only. Refer to Blower Case Replacement .
1	Air Inlet Valve Lever
2	Air Inlet Housing Fastener (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
3	Air Inlet Housing Assembly Procedures Remove the passenger compartment air filter cover and air filter. Unlatch the four latches to remove the air inlet housing assembly from the blower case. Transfer all part as necessary. NOTE: There is a hidden latch located between the air inlet housing and the air conditioning evaporator case assembly.
