Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) 
  2. Remove Air Cleaner Assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LF4)
  3. Remove Drive Belt @ Air Conditioning Compressor. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (LF4)
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors and detach the wiring harness as necessary.

  5. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX)

  6. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt (1) (Qty: 2)@ Air Conditioning Compressor (2)
  7. Remove Front Cradle Shear Plate (2). Refer to Front Cradle Shear Plate Replacement (V Series)

  8. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor (3)
  9. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket (2)
  10. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor
