Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS-V)
  2. Remove Engine Mount Bracket - Left Side. Refer to Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LF4)

  3. Remove Starter Heat Shield Fastener (1)

  4. Disengage the starter heat shield clip (1).
  5. Remove Starter Heat Shield (2).
