Removal Procedure

Remove the front bumper impact bar. Refer to Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement .
Remove the front bumper fascia center support and the forward range radar module if equipped. Refer to Forward Range Radar Module Replacement , or Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement .

Remove the air conditioning condenser (2) from the charge air cooler radiator. Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LTG with M3L, V03)Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LTG with MYA, V03) .

Remove the radiator air lower baffle and deflector front retainers (1) from the front of the charge air cooler radiator.

Remove the radiator air lower baffle and deflector side retainers (1) from the charge air cooler radiator and the radiator.

Remove the charge air cooler radiator (2) from the radiator. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Radiator Replacement (LTG) .

Remove the radiator air lower baffle and deflector front lower retainers (1) from the radiator.
Detach radiator air lower baffle and deflector from the radiator (2) and remove from the vehicle.
