Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Radiator Lower Baffle & Deflector With Front Lower Retainers

Install the radiator air lower baffle and deflector to the radiator (2).
Install the radiator air lower baffle and deflector front lower retainers (1) to the radiator.

Install the charge air cooler radiator (2) to the radiator. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Radiator Replacement (LTG) .

Install the radiator air lower baffle and deflector side retainers (1) to the charge air cooler radiator and the radiator.

Install the radiator air lower baffle and deflector front retainers (1) to the front of the charge air cooler radiator.

Install the air conditioning condenser (2) to the charge air cooler radiator. Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LTG with M3L, V03)Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LTG with MYA, V03) .
Install the front bumper fascia center support and the forward range radar module if equipped. Refer to Forward Range Radar Module Replacement , or Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement .
Install the front bumper impact bar. Refer to Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement .
