Preliminary Procedures Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS-V) . Remove the radiator air lower baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LF4) . Place a drain pan under the charge air cooler radiator drain plug.
1	Charge Air Cooler Radiator Drain Plug CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Reposition the left radiator baffle as necessary. Fill the charge air cooling system. Check the charge air cooling system for leaks.

Procedure

Reposition the left radiator baffle as necessary.
Fill the charge air cooling system.
Check the charge air cooling system for leaks.
