Preliminary Procedure

  1. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4) 
  2. Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (ATS-V)
  3. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LF4)
  4. Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement (LF4)
1 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (Qty: 2)
2 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose

Procedure

  1. Release the charge air cooler coolant hose retaining clip.
  2. Remove the charge air cooler coolant hose quick connectors.
  3. Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4) .
  4. Check the charge air cooling system for leaks.
