Installation Procedure

  1. Install the NEW Fuel Feed Pipe (2).
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

  2. Tighten Fuel Feed Pipe Fitting (1) to 28 N.m (21 lb ft)
    3. Fig 2: Fuel Feed Pipe Bolts

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install and tighten Fuel Feed Pipe Bolts (1) (Qty: 2) to 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

  4. Install Electrical Connector (1) (Qty: 2) @ Fuel Feed Pipe Bracket (2)
  5. Connect the Fuel Feed Pipe - Fuel Tank to Engine to the Fuel Feed Pipe - at Engine. Refer to Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Fuel Tank To Engine LF4) Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (LF4 at Engine) 
  6. Install Engine Rear Noise Shield. Refer to Engine Rear Noise Shield Replacement (LF4) .
  7. Pressurize the fuel system and inspect for leaks.
