Installation Procedure

  1. Assemble the oil pan as necessary. Oil Pan Assemble (LGX AWD)
  2. Install Oil Pan - Oil Pan Installation (LGX AWD)
    3. Fig 1: Lower Transmission To Engine Bolts

  3. Install the lower transmission to engine bolts. Transmission Replacement (M5N with LGX Engine)
  4. Install Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket- Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Replacement (LGX)
  5. Install Engine Mount Bracket-, and Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LGX - AWD) 
  6. Install Oil Level Indicator Tube - Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement (LGX)

  7. Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch (1) »Connect the electrical connector.
  8. Connect Engine Wiring Harness Retainer (2)
  9. Install Front Differential Carrier Assembly - Front Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement (LGX or LF4)
  10. Fill the engine oil to the proper level with NEW engine oil. -Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers (LGX)
  11. Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
