Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the battery positive cable on the B+ stud at the back of the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement (LF1) or Generator Replacement (LAU) .
  2. Remove the left exhaust manifold heat shield. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Replacement - Left Side (LAU) .
  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  4. If necessary, remove the engine oil cooler outlet hose. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Outlet Hose Replacement (LAU) .
1 Banjo Bolt
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:  35 N.m (26 lb ft)

2 Banjo Bolt

Tighten:  35 N.m (26 lb ft)

3 Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe Bracket Bolt

Tighten:  10 N.m (89 lb in)

4 Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe
