Preliminary Procedures Remove the seat belt anchor bolt. Refer to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - No. 1 Rear . Remove the rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement (without RPO E61) or Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement (with RPO E61) .
