Preliminary Procedures Remove the fuel pipe shield. Refer to Fuel Pipe Shield Replacement (LLT) . Disconnect the engine coolant inlet pipe. Refer to Engine Coolant Inlet Pipe Replacement . Disconnect the radiator inlet and outlet hoses. Refer to Heater Inlet Hose Replacement and Heater Outlet Hose Replacement . Disconnect the outlet pipe from the thermostat housing. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose/Pipe Replacement (LLT) or Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose/Pipe Replacement (LY7/LLT) .
1	Thermostat Housing Bolt (Qty: 3) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
2	Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing

Thermostat Housing Bolt (Qty: 3)

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten: 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
