Installation Procedure

  1. Install the front compartment sight shield, if necessary. Refer to Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement .
  2. Position the engine cover/sight shield over the intake manifold so the grommets are aligned with the ball studs.
  3. Press the engine cover/sight shield down firmly near the ball studs in order to install the engine cover/sight shield.
  4. Install the oil fill cap.
  5. Install the cross car brace, if necessary. Refer to Cross Vehicle Brace Replacement .
